Imagination is critically important today in our present apologetics endeavor. “Imaginative apologetics seeks to harness the God-given faculty of imagination to work in cooperation with reason, to open a way for the work of the Holy Spirit to guide the will toward a commitment to Christ.”

Dr. Holly Ordway is a Fellow of Faith and Culture at the Word on Fire Institute. She is also a Visiting Professor of English for the online M.A. in Apologetics at Houston Baptist University. Her writing, speaking, and courses there focus on imaginative and literary apologetics, and on the work of J.R.R. Tolkien.
